Welcome to Parma Cafe
When one thinks of real, authentic Italian food, in Italy or abroad, the town of Parma will forever come to mind. Claiming fame for being the original home of Parmigiano cheese, prosciutto, cured meats and balsamic vinegar. Montrealers are now in for a treat since Parma Cafe opened up in the downtown core and Jean-Talon market. Parma Cafe is an Italian snack bar, an Italian Casse-Croute, a Pret-A-Manger lunch cafe and a take-out spot that will satisfy every Italian craving, seven days a week. Parma Cafe is the city's GO TO spot for real Italian comfort food.
The Parma Cafe menu was designed and influenced by each of the owner’s backgrounds, joining flavours and recipes from two areas in Italy, Campagna & Sicily, while staying true to necessary ingredients and inspiration from Parma. Serving classic Italian dishes, like oven-baked pizza, chicken cutlet sandwiches, sausage paninis, meatballs, plates of pasta and salads, each recipe stems from a famous Italian meal, with its own Montreal twist. The cafe also is proud to offer a real Italian coffee bar and Italian desserts, alongside a takeout grocery store market, specializing in imported olive and truffle oils, and homemade pasta and sauces for customers to purchase for home

Testimonials
Marie-Claude T. - Always a great experience there. Friendly staff that make you feel welcomed, good options for any time of the time without mentioning that their coffee is awesome. Food is really fresh. I usually go there for a quick breakfast lunch or dinner on the go.
Matteo - Great little place! Very authentic! Sandwiches are definitely the best part of this experience but there’s an endless list of great things to try.
Cutlet sandwich was well seasoned, full of flavour, and the bread was thick and crunchy. French fries with truffle mayo also another must.
Would recommend 5/5!
Chris S. - The panini of the month (Steak and Capicollo) was absolutely amazing! I ventured away from the classic chicken cutlet panini and didn't regret it in the least bit!! Please add it to the regular menu!!
Samantha - Cute little hidden gem! I never even knew this place existed! Perfect cafe for a coffee date or just to relax with friends. Although the menu is not large it is much better than alot of cafes I have been to. There is a good selection of paninis, pasta, pizza and even salad! The basics in an Italian cafe and then some! They even have cocktails and wine for a nice little evening date! To end, the desert!!!!!! TO DIE FOR! I tried the tiramisu but everything looked amazing! Loved it... a must try!
Karina - Parma Cafe catered to our staff of 20 for lunch today. Not only was the service from beginning to end very accommodating, the food was outstanding! We went for 2 pasta dishes and salad and the quality (and quantity) was much better than we imagined. Highly recommend!
